The company was established in October 2015 and transformed from a traditional retail industry to 

an import trading company.

The company began to build an overseas procurement team in 2020. At present, it has established 

long-term and stable cooperative relationships with factories and farmers in countries and regions 

such as Canada, the United States, Brazil, Argentina, and Vietnam. The company independently develops 

procurement business and connects with domestic terminal factories to avoid middlemen.

Since its transformation, the company has focused on the import business of bulk agricultural and 

sideline products such as international grains, oils, and sugar. Partners are all over the world.

In 2021, we established a rapeseed oil procurement business of 180,000 tons/month (3 ships) x 12 months 

with ADM Canada in 2022, and reached a canola oil procurement business of 5,000 tons/month x 12 months 

with Cargill, and reached a soybean and corn association of the Nebraska Department of Agriculture in the 

United States: 850,000 tons/month x 12 months for soybeans; 800,000 tons/month x 12 months for corn, 

100,000 tons/month x 12 months for sorghum, and reached a soybean procurement business of 

350,000 tons/month x 12 months with the Brazilian Soybean Association, and reached a soybean procurement 

business of 950,000 tons/month x 12 months with Asociaci, the largest grain grower in Argentina

The company has a complete and comprehensive supply chain service system:

From farms, cleaning stations, railways, ports, shipping companies to domestic customs clearance, 

supervision warehouses, CCIC quality inspection, user services, factory logistics, etc.

The company has set up customs clearance teams in major domestic ports to specifically connect 

with customers' customs clearance, port entry and other business procedures, and provide a complete 

full-system service process.

Sinograin and other large domestic grain and oil processing enterprises. And in-depth cooperation with

Currently, the company is the exclusive agent of Indian SUN RICE rice mill in China. The company is 

the exclusive agent of its Indian broken rice business and is responsible for all commercial activities of 

Indian broken rice in the Chinese market.
